- Operators must carry life jackets for every guest.
- Jetty reviews every vendor and boat before it's published, and checks LASWA and seaworthiness papers where provided. This is a document check, not a certification of the boat.
- If the weather turns and the operator can't sail, they'll reschedule your trip or you'll get a full refund.
- We collect an emergency contact from you at booking.
