Cancellation policy

When you get a full refund

If a vendor declines your request, a request expires unanswered, or the operator can't sail your trip, you're refunded in full automatically.

If you cancel

Each boat sets its own cancellation tiers, shown on the boat's listing before you book: more than 72 hours before departure, 24–72 hours before, and less than 24 hours before. The refund percentage for each tier depends on the boat.
